Save time as a result of content reuse and support of different versions and variations. Benefit from component content management features and automated publishing provided by DITAworks!
DITA is based on XML and supports the separation of structure, layout and content. Thus, from one source, documents in various formats, layouts, languages, and serving different interest groups can be generated.
Make complex and time consuming DITA modeling, authoring, publishing and review tasks easier through an optimized, role-based user interface and out-of-the-box processes.
Effortlessly manage different versions and revisions, save outdated variants by archiving, and keep track of contracts throughout their whole lifecycle like never before.
DITAworks Helps To
Manage all documentation
DITAworks allows to create and later reuse content used in packaging, labels, annotations, online help information and statutes and regulations for medication used in the healthcare and pharmacology industry across the board. Revisions of existing drugs are easier as most of the guides and labels are the same, while creating everything from scratch is infinitely more controlled and structured.
With DITAworks you can structure your documentation thanks to XML notation. You can fill only the fields necessary in the process of making medicinal documentation, while other content will be created once and saved as topics and controlled via maps. These can be divided however you wish. This, in turn, leads to a much reduced spending rate in regards to documentation. Lesser content is managed while maintaining a higher documentation quality and accuracy.
Easier and faster translation
Medication is always abundant with different types of documentation surrounding it. Most of it is usually required to be in more languages than one, and translating each and every document is costly and hard to keep track of. With DITAworks the localization process and regional adaptations can be managed much more effectively. Thanks to the fact that typical content is only saved once, it is also translated only once, dramatically cutting the time and costs of adapting your international contracts to different languages.
